Despite the fact that dental phobia greatly spoiled the quality of life, there was practically no help for people with such problems before. Today the situation is somewhat different, and patients are helped to get rid of the fear of the dentist using modern psychotherapeutic methods. Such help involves a detailed study of the problem with the identification of events that caused the development of pathological fear.
